Straw green in colour, with an aroma of ripe pears and citrus fruits. The palate is lively with delicate soft fruit and a crisp clean finish.

• Variety: Semillon
• Hunter Valley, New South Wales
• Background: A refreshingly clean sparkling wine made in the Blanc de Blanc style. The dry sparkler is very well balanced and a wonderful aperitif.
• Colour:Pale green with pale green hues. The bubbles are small to medium in size with a persistent bead.
• Bouquet: Very clean and refreshing with a lifted fruit bouquet of melony Chardonnay.
• Palate: Lovely clean fresh palate exhibiting obvious Chardonnay fruit which gives the wine structure and weight. The addition of a small parcel of Semillon enhances the acidity making the back palate very refreshing.
• Available in 200ml or 750ml

Two Rivers Wines vineyard is situated in the upper reaches of the Hunter Valley on the banks of the region’s two dominant waterways, the Hunter and Goulburn rivers which flow on the eastern and southern boundaries of the vineyard.

✶ Adding Wine to your Flower/Gift Delivery ✶

Polly & Co supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Under the Liquor Act, this product must may be added to a flower and/or a gift box order, designed and presented in such a manner to be a genuine gift to a person over the age of 18 years.

By purchasing alcohol as part of a gift order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• Alcohol can only be added to a Flower or Gift Box delivery. Under no circumstance are we able to sell the alcohol separately.
• If you choose to include alcohol with your order you must be an adult (18 years or older) and there must be an adult available to accept the delivery. If the an adult is not home for the re-delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
• The value of the liquor must not be more than 50% of the total gift/flower order value.
• You will not exceed the permitted alcohol limit of 2 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient.
