These two varieties merge to make a complex wine which is pale green straw in colour with lifted citrus aromas and hints of passionfruit and soft grassy overtones. This wine is crisp and lively on the palate with tropical flavours and a tightly structured finish.

• Background: A very well-balanced wine that lets both varieties express themselves without either being dominant.
• Colour: Straw green with green hues.
• Bouquet: Lifted grassy nose with a touch of fresh passionfruit. The nose has a great deal of depth and intensity.
• Palate: The fresh young Semillon characters of lemons and limes are enhanced by vibrant passionfruit undertones. The wine is nicely weighted and has great texture and flavour with refreshing acidity.
• Peak Drinking / Cellaring Potential: 1-3 years
• Food Matches: A lovely easy drinking style that can be enjoyed on its own or with seafood.

✶ Adding Wine to your Flower/Gift Delivery ✶

Polly & Co supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Under the Liquor Act, this product must may be added to a flower and/or a gift box order, designed and presented in such a manner to be a genuine gift to a person over the age of 18 years.

By purchasing alcohol as part of a gift order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• Alcohol can only be added to a Flower or Gift Box delivery. Under no circumstance are we able to sell the alcohol separately.
• If you choose to include alcohol with your order you must be an adult (18 years or older) and there must be an adult available to accept the delivery. If the an adult is not home for the re-delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
• The value of the liquor must not be more than 50% of the total gift/flower order value.
• You will not exceed the permitted alcohol limit of 2 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient.
