From a longstanding women-led family business in the heart of the La Vera region in Spain comes Las Hermanas (‘The Sisters’). 

Certified DOP, the paprika is ground exclusively from La Vera peppers grown between the peaks of the Sierra de Gredos mountains in Spain. It is always smoky—dried traditionally over indirect-heat oak fires for ten to fifteen days, and finished over a slightly warmer fire for three more days. This process takes the ripe peppers to a low percentage of moisture, preserving flavour and colour and imbuing them with the classic DOP smokiness, and the ultimate crimson colour, making your paprika pop.

The uses are endless: sauces, marinades, spices, paellas, chips, retro-looking Instagram pics - these lil’ tins will up the game of just about anything you can imagine.
