These beautifully tonic flowers are especially beneficial as a bath for feminine health and well-being. Soaking in their herbal wisdom helps clear the clutter, easing headaches, lifting depression - adaptogenically balancing feminine hormonal energies including PMS and symptoms of menopause.

How to Use:

While running a hot bath add your desired amount of bath salts (about ¼ cup) and swish around to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minitues. Relax and feel body tension melt away! Ps. Can be used as a foot soak also.
